The salon I manage has used Anchor Mechanical a handful of times and will continue to use them in the future. Heather is so sweet and accommodates all of my calls, most of them are emergencies, and she is almost always able to get someone out the same day! She is transparent, honest, and communicates updates (like the techs’ arrival times) throughout the entire process. Nick has been out to service our unit every time and is always honest with his repairs and solutions. I had Greg from Anchor Mechanical out last week to perform preventative maintenance on both of my HVAC systems. In spite of the fact that the placement of my indoor and outdoor units is not ideal, Greg worked quickly and efficiently, communicated well, and listened to and addressed my concerns. He even offered to go above and beyond to help replace some outdoor decking that I removed for better access to the outdoor units. I highly recommend Anchor Mechanical. The scheduling was a breeze, pricing is competitive, and Greg was great to work with.

We needed to have our A/C checked out and were very pleased with the quick response and service provided. Technician Bryce was prompt and quick to diagnose our problem. Amazing company! My A/C went down on a Saturday night. I put an SOS out on Facebook. My friend, Robyn recommended Anchor. I called them Sunday Am.
