Agreement Terms & Conditions

Plan covers 12 months with automatic renewal. A credit card on file is required for monthly payments.
Coverage exclusions: Equipment over 20 years old; compressor; TXV; indoor/outdoor coils; refrigerant circuit; refrigerant; heat exchanger; jackets and trim; leveling legs. Accessories not listed (UV bulbs, zone pumps, media or special filters) are excluded. Pre-existing conditions, acts of God, vandalism, fire, theft, abuse, and accidental damage are not covered.
Equipment inspection may be required before activating a Platinum Agreement.
