I was a new client to Anchor, and I called because we had already waited 6 days with no heat thanks to our Insurance contractor. They came out same day to complete a diagnosis. Although they couldn’t repair same day, they did expedite a part for us, and continued to work for several hours to find a solution and get us heat even when the original part ordered didn’t fix our problem. Our tech Greg, and Jess at the office were great to work with. Very friendly, and you could tell they cared. Will definitely do business with them again.

From site visit, bidding, project approvals then to implementation, everyone at Anchor Mechanical has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and affective with all of our campus HVAC systems. One of the best decisions I’ve made in my 36 years as Facility Manager was to trust in Anchor Mechanical to provide service and inspections along with now installing 11 new systems in our dorms and Faculty housing. What an amazing group of people – the person answering the phone did not start by asking the age of my system but sent a technician out within an hour. The technician worked for hours trying to repair the system and even called in another technician to try to fix it even though the system was 23 years old. Ultimately the salesman came in and did not try to up sell a new system and gave me excellent advice as to what I needed in a new HVAC system. Finally the installers showed up on time and did a great job installing the new system. This is a company that prides itself on customer service and integrity!

Max came out to fix a very urgent plumbing issue we were having with our laundry sink leaking and needing a full replacement on an older home which, because of the way it was set up, we had to cut off the water supply for the entire house until it was fixed. He was a highly professional expert that went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that everything was sorted out and working properly! I plan on continuing to request Max for future plumbing needs as we were really happy with his work, and really happy that Anchor Mechanical was able to provide us with this service on such short notice.
